PE Goals

My Goal is to do 60 sit ups in under 3 minutes by the end of June. Intrinsicaly i want to be in shape like i was two years ago. I hope this goal will strengthen my coar. and my posture to improve.

  2. I'm positive you'll be able to get 60 sit-ups in 3 minutes. How will you train and prepare for it? When do you hope to reach this goal by?
